Interesting. I wonder why they do it only for Cornell. It's not the only college that has schools other than A&S/Engg. WashU and Carnegie Mellon have schools of fine arts and business. Northwestern has schools of journalism, education, communications, and music.

DunninLA,

I think most stay the same but a few had significant jump. Northwestern's range is now 1350-1520.

Sam,
If you know the SATs for A&S and Engineering at Northwestern, you should post it. I think prospective students would find it helpful in determining reach/match/safety.

The Cornell A&S and Eng data was from the Cornell website, not IPEDS. Did you misread?

Oooops, I misread. Can you post the URL for that Cornell webpage?

Northwestern doesn't give the range for different schools. They only have averages.

Cornell webpages:
http://dpb.cornell.edu/documents/1000176.pdf
http://dpb.cornell.edu/documents/1000177.pdf

Thanks! The difference is fairly significant among different colleges.

Anyawy, instead of taking the mid-point, I think you should to take the weighted average because A&S is bigger than Engg. I got 1331-1524.

^ chem e nerd with nuthin' better to do..... ;)

^lol...speak for yourself?

^ Hehe...killing some lunchtime at my desk. So, yeah, I place myself in that category.
