Okay, so basically all my 11th, I focused on improving my ECs and writing SATs as I was keen on applying to US. I got a pretty decent score but then it isn't above 2000, so I will be writing it again. I aimed at US because I have a very strong skill in art. And most people said that Art (in ECs) + Science (In academics) is a very rare combination and so I stand a chance in US Colleges. But still, I knew that I couldn't depend on it completely and so I joined a coaching for JEE prep ( I spend 6 hours for 4 days a week at coaching.) in 12th. (Completely wasted 11th for JEE prep.) I don't wish to get into IIT but I want to know if I stand a chance in clearing BITSAT. Plus, I will also write the SAT one last time in November and send applications to 10 colleges in US. And finally I think I should be able to get above 92% in CBSE Boards. If I do, I will apply for NUS and NTU and add my JEE rank if it is decent. My question- is it too late to do these many things at once? Should I drop the idea of applying to US as I will have to spend time in filling apps and writing SAT again (pretty sure of getting above 2000 tho) or is it manageable?

Its never too late. And if it is, you can take a gap year. Might seem frustrating first, but it does mostly pay off.
Also, a sub 2000 SAT score isn’t decent.
