Mount Holyoke College vs. Boston College vs. American University (Physics major)

For all three schools I’ll have to pay around 10k each. So, for me, money isn’t an issue.
Here's what I received...

I was conditional accepted by Boston College (I have to participate in a summer program for free).
For American University, I was accepted. I also was accepted into STEP a free summer program where I can earn up to four college credits if I were to go.
I wasn’t offered anything special from Mount Holyoke College.

I wanted to major in physics; however, I am not sure where the best place to go would be (for academics).

I would appreciate any advice or opinions on what I should decide upon.

American’s not known for having strong science programs. In fact, they’re known for having pretty weak science programs (their main strength is IR). I don’t know much about the differences between Mt Holyoke’s and BC’s physics programs, but they’re both great schools academically (not that American isn’t) and would offer you an excellent education. Is the summer program something you think you’d enjoy or a negative for BC/American? I’d also think about the coed vs. all girls environments, that could be a deciding factor.

i wouldn’t mind going to a summer program. Everything is free and I can get college credit.

Also, I’m completely fine with going to an all girls school. I’m more worried about academics at this point.

Thanks for replying ellopoppet :)
