Moving countries then 3 different schools?

Will having moved countries and then attending three different schools in the country I'm currently in, be seen negatively? The moving of schools in the new country was due to my parents. I moved after 7th grade. The first school I was in had a terrible academic curriculum and wasn't at all like the American program I was used to (they basically lied to my parents telling them it was AP) ,did 8th grade there. Then I moved to the second school, and that school was an hour away from my house(9th and 10th). Before I moved countries, I know it was only middle school, but I had a 4.0 and involved in so many things. It was my home and it was honestly devastating to move. Adjusting took a long time, as I was thinking idealistically; I thought we were gonna move back. So, I messed up my grades pretty badly 9th and 10th, like really badly. And since the school was an hour away from my house, my parents didn't let me do any ECs. Then I moved schools again because the previous school didn't have a strong IB program. Now, for junior year, I am attending a much better school near my house and trying to get my act together. My grades are all As and Bs, so far..gonna get them higher as much as I can. I'm taking IB, and getting involved in things I'm interested in (volleyball, MUN, got an internship at a magazine etc..), and doing well. I haven't taken the SAT yet, but I am getting tutored, aiming for a 2100+. Will the adcom look at me as damaged and toss my application in the trash? I feel like the fact that my EC's being only a year and a bit long, and my GPA will kill my chances. I had many ECs in MS but that doesn't count :/. Is it too late?

Moved from Dubai (UAE) to Lebanon - white/middle eastern

Considering applying to BU, USC, Syracuse, UCs

Oh and I’m most probably going to do the journalism summer program at USC to show my interest in the school, and major. I know attending those kinds of programs don’t increase your chances or anything, but will it make me stand out, interest-wise?

please help :frowning: really need advice.
