MSc. Petroleum Engineering after majoring in Electronics?

Hi folks. I kind of got interested in petroleum engg. after that BP disaster, so I'm planning on doing masters in petroleum from LSU, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I basically did my bachelors in electronics & graduated in February... I'm prepping for GRE now. But do I need to study some additional courses to get admitted or do I study those after admission? Also, is there any1 here who has already done MSc in petroleum after graduating in another field? I'd really appreciate any guidance you guys might give.
