Msu bs/dmd

Hi, I am interested in applying for MSU's 7 year combined dental program. I've done some research, but I had some trouble finding the answers to these questions:

What are the criteria MSU looks at for admission to this program in particular?

To my understanding, applicants to this program requires both the MSU application and the supplement for the Pre-Professional program. Do we also need to separately apply into the Honors program?

Upon acceptance into MSU's B.S./ D.M.D. program, what requirements must be met to ensure matriculation into NJDS?

Are there any additional essays, applications, or supplements required?

Are there specific teacher recommendations required?

Finally, as a BS/DMD applicant, we need to be top 10% in our class. What if our school does not rank?

Does admission into MSU favor NJ residents?
Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer!

I know this is kind of old, but I’m going to bump it anyway.
