<p>I'm into Math and Sciencey stuff, so I visited RPI. But I'm also in love with movies and acting (captain of a Speech Team at school). So when the tour guide mentioned some Multimedia building being built of which it would be the second like it in the world, it kinda caught my attention.</p>
<p>Does anyone know anything more about this thing? What will it be used for, etc.? THNX!</p>

<p>I think you are referring to the Empac, which just celebrated its half-way finished point a few weeks ago. I hear it wont be open until 2008 though...

also a general overview, i recommend you look up the Empac program at the school. Its basically art types of thing, with a technical twist.(Best way I can explain it, I know very little about it, I believe its a new program)</p>
