Multiple choice hand scoring, should I do it?

Hello,

I just received my Math II scores and I got a disappointing 710. The thing that bothers me is that I got a 770 and a 790 in the two practice test I took before taking the actual test. These tests weren't from any other agency or company, they came from the blue book that has 4 math subject tests (two from math I and two from math II). I felt I did just as well as I did on these two tests, yet I received a significantly lower score. Do you think it likely that a score should fluctuate that much? Or do you think there was an error in grading? Maybe I should order one of those multiple choice hand scoring services? Do you guys think it wise? It costs $52 dollars, which is very steep, but damn I thought I did better. Any thoughts? Anyone here receive a significantly different scores from hand verification? Is there like a statistic that shows how often hand scoring actually changes something? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
