Anyone considering the multiple-choice hand score verification?

I just got the December scores and am baffled on how low I scored in the Math section given that I finished 5 minutes before time was called. I'm sure I checked each question thoroughly and predicted a 750-800 after taking the test. Especially since most of the colleges I want to apply to have a deadline in commonapp by January 1st, I'm hesitant on retaking the SAT/ACT. However, I'm also afraid that my scores would still stay the same or even get scored lower if I do choose to do the MC verification since I've heard stories that score graders will intentionally try to find some fault in your test like a "bubbling issue". So my question to you is, would you go through with the multiple-choice hand score verification given all the current circumstances?

I have the same problem as you and I was baffled. I’d recommend waiting for the score report before deciding anything.

I made a 750! But that was a rather high score for me, so I don’t think I would verify. If you think it would help then maybe. The first time I took the test I missed a good bit of the grid in responses because I didn’t round right or something. I know they don’t count against you, but they were points I didn’t get.

I feel the score is unacceptable as well.

@SomethingWithin‌ 750? How many questions did you omit? Or got wrong? Most likely you attempted all of them and got 1-2 wrong.
