<p>I doubt it. I don't even think they're available to UCI students unless you're a music major.</p>
<p>actually the music rooms built next to the mesa court parking structure are open and people just stroll in at night. Im sure there are restrictions but they are loosely enforced so bands come in all the time.</p>
