Music porfolio

I had some songs i composed and recorded. I wonder which way is convenient to put them in my application . Should I create a website in which I post all of them or include a CD in the package. Im international student so the cost of transportation to 15 schools really burdens me

put on website and then in a little section add the url

What do you mean of adding the url in a little section? I have little experience in web

you have a url/domain, then in the music supplement, there is a part where you can add a url

Yep.

Use freewebs to get a site.

Use zshare to upload your music.

Post the zshare links onto your site.

Wah-lah! I could show you an example if you ever so wanted. ^_^

please do so, I want to hear my competition

Check the instructions in your applications. And follow them!!

They will include very specific guidelines of how to submit artistic supplements (art, music, photography, etc), format, packaging, where to send them, how to label them, how long, how many, etc.

Last year, my D submitted performance CDs and a music resume to four of her five schools (she was NOT applying as a performance major -- those requirements are completely different) The instructions were slightly different for each application. She did not encounter an option of posting online with any of her applications.

You get the online link option if you fill the form online, but I think it's better to send a CD.
