Would someone be kind enough to help us in getting ready for what students should bring…thank you!
A mattress topper (foam, egg crate). My kids could live without anything else but the mattress topper was vital.

@reformedman thank you…the first link you gave has a list of stuff one can’t bring, on it says refrigerator, so that means student cannot bring a dorm size refrigerator?
You can bring a refrigerator up to 6 cubic inches in size.
In the list from the first link, each one of those items are links.
Just click anyone of each of those items. When you click on refrigerator it will tell you more about it.
Is there any restriction for microwave ?
@annamom You don’t need a microwave - you get a microwave and stove/small kitchenette in all the dorms. A small refrigerator and a plastic cover for your mattress (under the sheets) is what I usually recommend as a must.
Your bed won’t come with bed bugs, but if there’s an outbreak you want to know you’ll be safe.
