Must I submit all SAT Subject tests to colleges?

@theloniusmonk I don’t think there any other subject tests I’m ready for? The schools I’m applying for require 2 subject tests, and I don’t want to cut it too close by taking one in October for the first time in case I have an off-day because I won’t have that much time to retake. Is there any chance that taking this test will adversely affect my college applications (any reason i can be forced to submit to schools other than Georgetown, which I know does not participate in scorechoice).

It won’t adversely affect your application, but don’t treat it as a practice test (taking random guesses etc.).

@theloniusmonk No, I’m definitely serious about it- I took 5 practice tests in the last 2 days to try to raise my score but its hard to do anything last minute. I just dont’ want any major problem because of one sat subject test. Other than Georgetown and maybe Cornell, no other college asks for all SAT 2 scores, is that correct?

That’s right, but as you get closer to applying, you should call the college to confirm how many and what type (i.e. math 2 and a science).
