My Additional Information Section

I want peoples’ opinions on this.

So for most of my early action schools, I wrote in my additional info section that I couldn’t take the SAT because I was enduring treatment from malnourishment from disordered eating. I live in a place where no tests were available, so I would have to travel to another state and it was not a viable option for me. I also talk about how I have been able to better myself physically from the experience and even start a remote activity during the time. I ended up leaving out the eating and health part later on because I know how stigmatized mental health can be (I tried to enunciate my physical health more tho,) but do you think my early action schools will look down on me for having disordered eating? I really emphasized growth but I’m still nervous.

You’ve already submitted so there isn’t a lot of point in worrying about colleges looking down on you for being truthful.

I wouldn’t spend any more time on this. If a school doesn’t admit you, it might be due to other reasons than what you wrote in the additional info section. And you don’t want to attend a school that doesn’t want you, right? Look forward and get excited about the options you do end up with.
