My AP teachers suck! Need help!

I'm not getting much out of my 4 AP classes this year... I've only learned so much and I'm starting to really worry about AP exams. I want to use my winter break to spend time reviewing and understanding everything we've "learned" so far, but I'm unsure of which prep books to get, so I could really use some advice.

APUSH: I've read some threads about APUSH prep books. The general consensus seems to be that AMSCO and Crash Course are the best. Should I just go this route? What about The Essential Content? I'm extremely worried about APUSH, because there is a massive amount of material and I hardly know anything. Also, any prep books that go into detail about writing FRQs and DBQs would be awesome, cause I don't think my teacher knows what one is and neither do I.

AP Psychology: My teacher here is similar to my APUSH teacher.. kinda just teaching for the hell of it, and isn't really concerned about the curriculum or the AP test. I know the AP Psych exam is pretty easy so I'm not too concerned, but I'm going to need a good prep book that covers everything, because he doesn't really teach at all.

AP Physics B: My teacher this semester is really great, but next semester he's getting promoted and I'll be getting one of the worst teachers in the school that hasn't taught AP in a decade. I already have Princeton Review, but now I'm not sure if this will be enough.. are there any other books I should consider buying?

AP Lang: My teacher is good here, and I'm doing really well in the class, but then again, I've heard the class is a joke compared to the test. Any suggestions for some prep here?

Thank you so much to anyone that helps me out, I'm stressing and it's only December, but it's really important for me to pass all of the tests.

Oh ugh, one of my AP teachers is the same way. I live in one of the very religious areas in Utah, and the teacher discusses Mormonism and the benefits of Mormonism more often than she discusses the AP information. I’m just thinking, “Please don’t force your religion on the class: while most of the class is LDS, there are two people in the class who aren’t.” Of course, now the annoyance this gives me as somewhat diluted, but it’s still awkward. Especially since she claims that “lessons about Mormonism will help ace the essay portion of the AP exam.”

Sorry, I’m whining. I just don’t really like that class haha. I’d recommend self-studying. Get information from online, books, etc. Fortunately for us, our teacher does have some practice essay questions and tips if you look hard enough… I feel like she focuses more on the essay portion than she does the multiple choice.

^Ah, that sounds horrible. My teacher at least follows the “no religion/politics/etc.” rule. I am basically self studying APUSH and AP Psych, though. The only reason I’m staying in APUSH is because USH is a requirement, and the only reason I’m staying in AP Psych is because my teacher is hilarious. But I’m teaching myself all the material. :/

For APUSH, Crash Course + AMSCO + careful readings (and rereadings) of both + practice FRQs + practice DBQs = at least a 3 (I would say 5, but I’ll be conservative)

For AP Lang, just do a lot of MC and essay practice. Not much else you can do, really.
