^ they're both attractive in different ways, i guess.

James and Oliver Phelps >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> everyone else.

They act better, too.

Daniel & Rupert= They're both delicious.

And like iamapeach, they both have their own charm.

Hugh is definetely a funny name not to mention unpronouncable in other languages.

Daniel is a beautiful name.

Rupert just sounds British.

But they are both totally hot. :D

The twins are also pretty handsome just not as much.

I love redheads.

This reply has now turned random.

I'm not making any sense.

So I'm going to shut up now.

Can someone try to explain Rupert's attractiveness to me? I just don't get it... I'm trying to keep an open mind, but no matter how much I look at Rupert... I just don't get it! I mean, even Neville (I don't know what the actor's name is) is more attractive than Rupert! Seriously!

Dan > Phelps twins > Rupert

PS - Yeah, I love that fact that this thread has degenerated into CC girls debating the hotness of various HP characters =D

hahahahaha, very funny OP :D

LesOs: I personally think that Rupert's "hotness" has something to do with the character he plays. I mean, who doesn't love Ron Weasley?!

You have entered the fangirl zone.

Please run away if you're male.

eww how can you think rupert grint looks good? i seriously think its just because you like the character. i mean he looks so pasty and pale. and like he is dirty too. also kind of stupid.
daniel radcliffe looks too scrawny and feminine plus i dont like the name daniel
the guy who plays malfoy looks like someone who would tell on you to the teacher and cry if you punched him
this oliver phelps guy isnt that great either

i like Snape. i like his voice too. but hes the only remotely attractive person in the movie.

hugh laurie=perfection

Hmmm. I don't know about Snape being attractive.

This is incredibly off-topic, but I'm going to compare how I imagined the characters to how they are portrayed in the movie.

Harry: scrawnier, but not a terrible match
Ron: "My" Ron looks/acts nothing like Grint. I imagined him much taller and skinnier, and not mellow... Grint makes him so mellow...
Hermione: I wish they kept Hermione's puffy hair. I don't really care if she looks more attractive or not (of course, I'm a straight female, so obviously guys would disagree). I always imagined Hermione as being very impatient... like she feels that she always has to explain everything to Ron and Harry/everyone, and has become a bit sick of it.
Hagrid: Pretty accurate
Dumbledore: I always imagined him to be far more mischievous than the actors in the films made him... "my" Dumbledore has more energy, too, although not necessarily PHYSICAL energy.
Draco: Pretty accurate
Lupin: Not how I imagined him at all...
Sirius: Huge difference! I always imagined Sirius as being a very tall, well-built man (despite his years in Azkaban). Oldman looks a bit too sad and tiny.
Snape: I imagined him as very skinny- especially his face. Rickman just doesn't look "greasy" or gaunt enough... I think that he plays him very well, but I always imagined a bit more cruelty escaping in Snape's voice...
Voldemort: Paler and less human...

Ha, ha. That was pointless. It was fun to rant, though...

I don't like Daniel Radcliffe's demeanor. He's always stiff, like he's trying to look ultra masculine or something when he's really not.

According to my friend, the Weasley twins look good in person (I saw the pictures, and I agree). Oliver Wood looks good in the films but not in tho photos (in my humble opinion). I don't know what you guys are smoking, but I don't see how Snape is attractive (and I have nothing against his age because I could definitely see myself fantasizing about people like Tom Amandes, for example). Emma Watson makes me smile. If I were straight, she'd be my type I think. I don't get aroused by her, but I find her interesting.

Snape is not "hot". Snape is sexy.

Here's why:

Alan Rickman is the perfect actor to play him. The way he talks in the movies is part of what makes him so sexy. You could watch any HP movie and see that Snape usually takes about a millisecond to answer a question or to throw an accusation. And he always does this with the same evil tone of voice. Furthermore, he is dark. He is such a dark person- he is mysterious, he doesn't show his real self, no one knows much about him, he is quiet, he dresses all in black and stuff... and he is kinda old.

I know all those things don't sound attractive but combined in Snape, they make him sexy.

ESPECIALLY the way he talks. The way he talks is incredible.

I thought he sounded like a masculine drag queen or one of those older women whose voice is so deep that it sounds manly (probably from excessive smoking). I don't see how he's sexy or hot, but to each his or her own.

haha, LesOs, i enjoyed that post.

My thoughts:

Harry: should be skinnier, especially in the face.
Ron: basically what you said
Hermione: definitely bushier hair (more like in the first movie). i can't really describe it; she should be more frantic, if that makes sense.
Dumbledore: my image of dumbledore is my old elementary school principal (he retired when i entered first grade; my only memory of him is from the halloween parade where he was a wizard :))

OH MY G-D! DANIEL RADCLIFFE IS SOOOO HOT!
...sarcasm...

you people are weird.

YOU'RE weird, MBP

your point?

i guess my point is that we're all weird? haha, i didn't know i really needed a point :p :D

meh, i'm just easily confused, so when people have points behind their posts it makes it easier for me, lol :p

I second the suggestion to dress up as HP and do some role-playing. He might like that ;)
