My Chance - Engineering

I want to do Cornell Computer Science.
I am the founder of 2 big student-run Model UNs in India and one 2000+ member company connecting students across south-east asia, and won multiple national level competitions and grants for my ideas and was also recognized by the University of Sydney for one of my innovations (TENG) and by Multiple corporates
I am the founder and president of my school MUN Club and the PR head for my student council
Core committee member for my school interact club (Social Service)
I raised 52000 USD for a fundraiser during Covid times

I will not be able to give the SAT or ACT cause of covid and since my Indian school Is overly critical about grading, my GPA is down to a solid 3.4 (2.41 in 9th, 3.9 in 10th, 3.6 in 11th) but I know I can justify it with a valid reason

Is there any way I can get in?

Is Cornell affordable for your family? They are need aware for international students so your ability to pay will most likely be one of the biggest factors impacting your application.

The obvious question is how you are converting this.

How do your grades compare to other students in the same high school? Is this top 10%? Is it top 20%?

Where we live a 3.4 GPA (computed the way that they compute GPA here) would not put you in the top 20%. This would make Cornell somewhere between a very high reach and impossible. Being an international student from India will not help you.

Why Cornell? Do you have solid safeties in your home country?
