my chance of getting acceptance

Hi my name is Jason. I would like to hear opinions from fellow prospective architects and if possible currently who are architects about my chance of getting acceptance from Cooper Union, Virginia Tech, Pratt, Cornell, and Syracuse (list based on cost and my interest).

About myself...
In 2010, I graduated high school 3.4/3.7w GPA and was awarded 'Architecture Award' by principal at the graduation. I was the first recipient of the first year that the architecture class was created. I did not have any challenging(?) art education only foundation art courses from K-12. However, drawing was my hobby ever since I was able to grab crayon. I decided to become an architect in sophomore year and, in junior year, my high school foundation art class teacher found out that I had great talent in creative drawings and skills so in my senior year she helped me prepare a porfolio for architecture schools. I was only accepted to Pratt Institute before because I really wanted to go to Pratt so I applied only Pratt and the state university. The state university rejected me. I do not wish to mention the name of the state university because the state university was out of my interest anyway. I could not afford to go to Pratt so I cancelled my admission. I started as a freshmen in a local community college while looking for transfer scholarships and developing my porfolio. I actively participated in several clubs in high school and college. My current GPA in college is 3.6.

Personal question:
Is 'applying as freshmen' easier to get accepted than 'applying as transfer'?

Please rate my chance of getting acceptance from a list of schools above very objectively

Thank you.

I did not mention any other activities from outside of school. Such as martial arts tournament awards, continuous volunteering (no matter of student service hour), and etc…
