I'm really struggling to accurately assess my chances here... Any comments would be appreciated :)

you got a great shot from the looks of it, you’re a very strong candidate. i think it’ll come down to your essays. my advice is really be yourself, and don’t try to just sell yourself or write what other people tell you you should. good luck; i’d say you have as good a chance as they come

Yeah, I think that you have all the objective data set. In the end though, you are still a 50/50, and your essays/recs are what’s going to get you in, since a fair chunk of Columbia applicants are going to have stats similiar to yours. Good luck!

I think you have a 50/50 chance. Your scores and extracurrics are fantastic but many applicants will apply with 4.0 unweighted gpas so, as I’m sure you’re aware, that’s your weakness. Definitely not a lock in, but a fair chance.

I don’t know whether the gay part will help your application unless you write an essay where you tie it into something constructive. Be wary of shamelessly pulling the gay card. I did an essay in which I talked about how I was a political optimist/being gay/political activism and was accepted ED last admissions cycle. You have decent chances, but I’m not sure if I see focus in your ECs, so use your essay to tie that together.
