My Chances @ AIR FORCE ACADEMY?

Hi- I'm a junior right now in High School and want to get into the academy more than anything... hope to be a fighter pilot in the USAF. Both my parents are military- I don't think that really matters at all though. Here are my "stats":

GPA: 3.86
SAT: 1270 (will probably get at least 1300 next time)
ACT: 24 (I know- I was sick that day)
No AP classes yet but highest math and science classes taken each year
2 AP classes next year- AP Physics and AP Calculus (senior year)

Extra Curric:

-Civil Air Patrol: Cadet 2nd Lieutenant, 3 years, served as squadron commander, distinguished graduate of all summer activities (3), color guard, ground team search and rescue member

-Lacrosse: since freshman in high school, probably varsity this spring

-Helping Hands: Secretary, 1year, (habitat for humanity type club)

-50 hours comm. service so far (alot more this coming summer)
-German Club

-Ski Club

-National Honor Society (later this year, I'll probably be accepted)

Awards:

-Perfect Attendance every year
-Honor Roll
-Athletic-Academic Excellence Award

Any opinions or tips would be very helpful. Thanks for the help!

Air Force Academy is hard to tell because they look for certain qualities of the individual. Make sure your interview goes well and retake SAT's (although you are already within their range). They have a 15% acceptance rate but if you're really passionate about it then make sure your essays and interview turn out well.
