bump......

Im also applying to the academy and people said I have a good chance so your chance would be better. Your SAT are better than mine, your gpa also, but I topped those ec's. (btw cool that your in CAP).

I'd say you have a really good chance. I used to be AFA or bust, then I realized how ****ed up conservatives were...but that's another story. My ALO told me that I was basically a lock. SATs are really important to them, more so than GPA because almost everybody applying to the AFA has your GPA. They said 1300 is about average for them, and 1400 makes you stand out. Being in CAP helps a lot too. Just get that congressional nomination and be prepared for the physical test because you can only do it once.

Future, what is your grade in CAP?

2nd L (10 chac.)

You have a very good chance at getting into the academy as long as you don't mess anything up. If you got your math up to 700 i would pretty much say you will 100% get in as long as your physical stuff is in order.

How can you be a second lt. if you just started in CAP?

"As far as CAP goes.. I just joined but hopefully will make 2nd L before I graduate from hs."
