I know I have excellent essays and great recs, but I’m scared about my gpa/class rank because I know they are on the low side. (although, my HS is very competitive, and not everyone with a 4.0+ is in the top 10%)

I’ve visited BMC and I’m going back for an interview next week. It is definitely my 1st choice school, and I hope that my enthusiasm will be evident to the interviewer.

Please help me figure out what my chances are!!

Anyone? Please?

I'm applying ED to BMC also. Your gpa and SATs are a little bit better than mine though. I think you have a really good chance, your SATs are above Bryn Mawr's average. Good luck to you...I hope we both get in.

Thanks so much, good luck to you too! It would be awesome if we both went next year. :)

I heard that only about 145 girls apply ED, but do you know BMC's acceptance rate for ED?

I think I heard somewhere the ED acceptance rate is 53%. Is 143 for both ED1 and 2? Cause if it's for both we could cut that in half, which would make me a little less panicky.

Hm, I'm not sure. I'm going for an interview on Friday, I'll ask then.

This is/was "Babybutters"...someone picked that name as a joke for me and I had to change it. Good luck in your interview. I'm so nervous, I really love the school...I would be sooo happy if I got in.

I really hope you get in...if you don't, I have no chance either. So nervous!!! Good luck!
