<p>Your ranking is certainly very strong, and will definitely help you. Your critical reading score could be better, but it won't be the deciding factor. Just be warned that most applicants have "GOOD EC", meaning it won't necessarily play in as a big factor for your application. </p>
<p>You have a a very strong chance at BC, CMU, Rutgers, UM, and SUNY Binghamton. Cornell is also a strong possibility, but they sometimes accept/reject for rather random reasons because it is so selective. Good luck with college applications!</p>
