My chances at getting into UC Berkely Engineering or UCLA

<p>So I am a Junior right now, and am completely freaking out because I am worried that my app will not be as impressive as it could be
GPA: weighted: 4.40
unweighted:4.0
ap's:AP Euro, AP Enviro Science, AP Stats, AP Lit, AP Micro, Ap Calc BC, Honors CHEM
SAT: (not that good) will most likely get between 2050-2200
schedule
9th: adv english, biology, alg II with trig, pe, band, spanish 1 (gpa: s14.0, s2:3.83)
10th:AP euro, honors chem, precalc/trig, english 10 regular, spanish 2, pe(s1 and 2: 4.33)
11th: ap enviro science (counts as double ap credit at my school so 2 grade bumps because its 2 periods, please let me know if berkely/ucla will count this), ap stats, reg english11, spanish 3, reg us history
12th: will take: ap lit, ap calc bc, reg physics, ap micro s1 and civics s2, principles of engineering, electrical engineering</p>

<p>i live within 30 minutes of the school, and i am definitely in the top 6 percent of my school (not sure about top 4), but am worried that my schedule was not rigorous enough.... i am going to take sat subject tests in chem and math II.
ecs: tennis 4 years (3yrs varsity, captain sr year), 50-65 hrs of volunteer service at hospital, co-founder and president of film club(we view and critique films in the school newspaper), csf, and more volunteer hours from it, year of band (although only to get visual performing arts credit), soccer referee (paid), academic decathlon(2 years and getting credits for this plus i will hopefully win some awards in it), likely a summer internship sr year.</p>

<p>the reason that i am nervous is because my ec's aren't great plus my sat is borderline... also, i dont think that my schedule is rigorous enough.... (sr year is though imo)....star test advanced in everything for all 3 years...
if you guys have any suggestions on ways to beef up my app or would advise cc for 2 years and then a transfer please let me know....

<p>oh, and through this program we are doing through enviro science, i will be certified to handle toxic chemicals; teacher claims it looks good when applying or jobs and colleges. also, i am secretary for HOSA at my school… thx again… oh and if you think i could possibly get into a better school please let me know, or if you want more info about me</p>

<p>and i forgot to mention that jr year gpa will be 4.5… that is if the uc’s will awknowledge ap enviro as a double weighted ap like my school does… if not i will have a 4.4… then, total sophmore-jr gpa will be 4.36</p>
