My chances at Swarthmore, Haverford, Hamilton, etc.

Hey, I've posted in here before but hadn't had my list as narrowed down as I could have. Also, I just got my subject test scores. I'm looking at Swarthmore as my top choice, and Haverford and Hamilton as next on the list. I'd also like to know if I have too many reaches and not enough matches, since I'd really like to go out of state.

Essays and recs: Should be decent, but I'm not sure if they'll be spectacular or anything.

Schools (in order of preference)

Swarthmore
Haverford

UC Berkeley
UC Davis

Bump. Anyone?

I do not have sufficient experience with the CA schools to give you any advice. However, I would say that Swarthmore and Haverford probably woud be reaches. Make sure your essays for Swat and Haverford are excellent. I think you have a decent chance of getting at least one acceptance from the other three; G-town, UVA and Hamilton. You have a wide range in terms of types of schools; if possible visit or speak with current students since Georgetown and UVA are very different than Swat, Haverford and Hamilton.

Swat REACH FOR ANYBODY
Haverford SLIGHT REACH
Hamilton MATCH
Georgetown IMPOSSIBLE TO PREDICT
University of Virginia SLIGHT REACH

Thanks. I actually visited all of the schools except Davis and San Diego a few weeks ago. I realize that Georgetown and UVA are different, but I still like the environment there. I also e-mailed the lacrosse coach about my interest in playing for Swarthmore’s team, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference. Thanks to both of you for your input.

Hrm, bumping one more time. Sorry.
