My chances at these colleges...

I just finished my junior year in high school. I go to a pretty competitive school in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. I was wondering about my chances at:
Northwestern, UT Austin, Vanderbilt, Emory, GA Tech, Rice, UVA, USC(southern california), UC Berkeley, Michigan, and UPenn(i'm a legacy, otherwise I know i'd have absolutely no chance)

Academics:
-I have a 94.5 average
-10 honors classes and by the time I graduate I will have 9 or 10 APs
-class rank: 60/505
- SAT: 2150 (CR 670 Math 770 Writing710 )
- SAT IIs: 720 US History, 670 Math 1
Extracurriculars:
-1 month community service summer program after 10th grade
-secretary of Jr. Civitan club(it's a communiry service club) this year & will be president next year, been a member since 9th grade
- class council member- every year
-BBYO( jewish youth organization)- every year.
-treasurer of Peers Against Cancer-9th and 10th grades
-i've been involved in other clubs, but those are the main ones
-had a job at a store this year & will work there next year

Knowing VA well, I can tell you that you will have a tough time getting into UVA as an OOS. The school loves class rank, and you'd need to raise yours, along with the SAT score.

If 94.5 is weighted, the schools you are looking at will unweight your average and, therefore, most of them are reaches.....

If 94.5 is unweighted, the schools you are looking at are matches in terms of your stats overall, but reaches in terms of the % of students admitted...(class rank will possibly be an issue.....but UW GPA is generally more important except, as momreads states, at schools that "love class rank".... )

p.s. You need a safety you can live with if this list remains the same....

Hope that helps!
