My chances for getting into UC Berkeley?

Hi everyone, I just want to know my chances for getting into Berkeley. I am currently starting my Junior year right now, and I have my sights on Berkeley.

Here are my stats.
Freshman year: All honors, a 3.8 my first semester 4.0 second semester
sophomore year: AP Euro, rest honors, had a 3.8 first semester 4.2 second semester.
Junior year schedule: AP Bio, AP psychology, AP US history, Pre-calculus, French III, AP Lang.
Senior year: Planning to take AP Calculus, AP econ., as well as other AP classes.

I haven’t taken the SAT yet, but my first practice test shows shows I scored in the mid 1800s and i feel like I can go higher if I prepare for it more (planning to take it this October). I am aiming for 2100 and I feel like I can do it.

Extracurricular activities:
Vice president of my schools FBLA club
Volunteer at local hospital
Golf team
Planning to do cross country and track this year as well as my senior year, no sports my freshman year.
NHS member
Planning to do bunch of other extracurriculars this year.

Other noteworthy details: I am a Chinese immigrant, I came to the US when I was 7. Currently a California resident. No siblings or family in America. I have an intensive knowledge in real estate investing because my dad does it and he has taught me a lot about investing so I can write an really good essay about it (planning to major in business BTW).
And does family income come into play? My parents can pay the tuition, room and board upfront with no problem whatsoever.
And if my chances for Berkeley are low, what other schools with good business programs can I get in with my current stats?

Other things I forgot to mention

Character, motivation, reasons
My reason for studying business in college is because I want to start a business in real-estate (UCB has a real estate program) after college. Ever since I was little, I was reading books on investing and I look up to people like Warren Buffet and Kevin O’Leary. A college business education would expand my knowledge even more.

It is very hard to chance anyone without an SAT score on hand, but as a Chinese California resident, you are up against many other very qualified Chinese California residents. I would say to get your GPA up(I’m assuming the GPA you posted is weighted as you have a 4.2), and to get your SAT score up to at least a 2150. Take a look at UCI. Their business program is very good.

Keep working hard and develop connections - network - at the UC schools you want to attend. Dig deep and learn which ones are the best fit for you. Get to know them, visit them and experience them. Work hard to earn admission.

@ClarinetDad16 What do you mean by developing connections and networking?

Think about how you can you network at the schools you want to attend. What ideas do you have to make that happen?
