I'm applying to University of Portland, Northern Arizona, Arizona State (aaah I know that it's "an automatic std" school, but they have a really good journalism program and I love Arizona weather), Humboldt and University of Oregon. U of O is my top choice. I live in Oregon, so they won't get out-of-state tuition from me and financial aid is of moderate concern.

I'm a senior in hs with a 3.15 or so at the end of my junior year. I got 650 in reading on the SAT, a 460 in math (awful, I know) and a 650 in writing. I want to major in journalism so I hope my good verbal skills will be considered to some extent. I've taken 5 AP classes and an english class offered through PSU. I've participated in at least one club every year of high school. I write for my school's newspaper and also helped develop the school website. I've spent a few hundred hours volunteering with various programs including the Red Cross. I'm also a Habitat for Humanity volunteer and I'm active student leader at Outdoor School.
I'm also 3/4 hispanic
My mom is freaking out and keeps saying I won't get into any colleges because of my grades, but I don't really believe her...How do you think my chances are? Any advice is also appreciated, thanks.
