My chances for Temple University or West Chester University?

I am very excited for Temple and West Chester due to the fact they are financially a good choice for me and are good schools. I am worried about my chances.

As it's looking my GPA for my junior year will average around 3.3 to 3.4 and my SAT scores are on the low side. I have only taken them once but I don't know how much my scores will raise by June. I am also planning to take the ACTs.
I had a
Math - 430
Reading - 490
Writing -510
I know ese are low and I need to raise my grades about 100 points each but not the most confident in my skills. By the time I graduate I would have taken 12 honors classes/ 2 AP classes/ 2 dual enrollment college classes
I am involved in Respect Life Leader, Chorus, Stage Crew, 2400 club Secretary, Art Club, Cooking Club
I've volunteered at the Lansdowne Public Library for 6 years, volunteered at the St Franciius Senior Home

Work on your SAT, use number2.com to practice (it’s free and it helps you with the questions you got wrong).
If you can raise those scores to Math 500, Reading 530, and Writing 530, you’re good  and you could even apply to the Honors Program (there are pretty good perks, especially at Temple).
Don’t forget to apply to a couple safeties, too and add a few schools that may offer you scholarships: how about King’s, Slippery Rock, Penn State Harrisburg, Washington&Jefferson, Arcardia, Juniata, Elizabethtown, Elmira, Drew?

My daughters average was 87, ACT 25, no ECs, dynamite essay. She got into both of these schools undecided major, however, she didn’t get into either of their nursing programs, so she chose to go elsewhere. In my opinion, these schools cannot be any different. Small campus vs large, small town vs huge city, etc.
