My chances for UW and Seattle U?

<p>GPA (unweighted?): 3.45
SAT: 1760 (planning to take it again and get 1800+)
Writing skills are decent, but sometimes I get the worst writer's block...
Extracurriculars are nothing too exciting, clubs here and there and one official treasurer position, although I have completed a few on campus programs at the UW if that helps</p>

<p>Any tips for increasing my chances, and what my chances ARE specifically?
Any knowledge would be of great help, please and thank you! </p>
