My chances in being accepted into Oregon University's?

I am a senior, I have a 2.78 overall gpa and my act composite is 19. I do have extracurriculars such as sports, advocacy, and volunteering. I have been through a lot entering high school and during high school. when I was entering freshman year my mother died of unknown causes, I was also diagnosed with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) my sophomore year of high school. I currently plan to apply to the following schools:

University of Oregon
Oregon State University
Western Oregon University
Southern Oregon University
Portland State University
George fox University

what are my chances of getting accepted, currently Oregon State is my first choice. also does having a learning disability like ASD/ADHD help offset my lower gpa on admissions?

1) if you’re in OR, speak with your guidance counselor. Do you have your requisite tests? Are you applying for Fin Aid? Have you spoken with your family on what they can afford?

2) in the meanwhile, on your own, you can research the typical admitted freshman at those schools by googling the “common data set” of each college. In section C, they list out the range of GPA & test scores of their freshman class. You can compare to see how you fare.
