<p>What are my chances of getting in? I feel as though I have a decent chance of getting into Wellesley, but those first two years of high school were pretty rough. Do you think the rest of my high school career and my overall GPA will make up for my two bad years?</p>

<p>From the looks of it, you’ve been challenging yourself with your course load, and your record in junior and senior year looks great. Adcoms will weight your performance in your final two years much more heavily than your first two. I say don’t worry too much! <p>Wellesley should be right in your wheelhouse. Good luck! Wellesley is a wonderful place and I spent a terrific four years there, albeit a long time ago. Your essays will be important, particularly the “Why Wellesley?” one, if they still have it. (This year’s app did.) D applied and was accepted this year but chose to attend another school.</p>
