<p>Recently I've become really paranoid about my chances on getting into the University at Buffalo. Since I intend to major in Engineering, I will be looked at differently compared to other majors (or something similar to that according to their site). I also know it's a holistic admissions process and would like to know my chances of getting in to the school.</p>
<p>SAT: 600 in math, 540 in cr, and 590 in writing. ( soon to be raised, 3 weeks til results).</p>
<p>GPA: 87/95 ( school grading system is unusual.) </p>
<p>I took algebra, geometry, trigonometry/algebra 2, and pre-calc. I am currently in AP Calculus BC. I did poorly in trigonometry by getting 75-85 in the class while 85-95 in geometry and pre-calc. </p>
<p>I took biology, chemistry, and physics. </p>
<p>I am planning to take an SAT II in Math I (or II, I am unsure) to boost my profile due to poor results in trigonometry and average grades in algebra (81). </p>
<p>Please help me, what are my chances of getting in.</p>
