my chances on getting F1 visa are ... ,what do you think home country in Sruay?

hi all
I have graduated from high school this month and now I am looking forward to continue my higher education.
I will apply to a US university for studying Electrical engineering.
my father and my uncle will pay my tuition.

here are the ties I have for my home country:
1-I do have a house in my name in my home country in Syria.
2-my father is an Electrical engineer as well and I want to run my father office once I finish my school in the US.
3-I can get the required documents which show that my father has an office and annual income.

my uncle will send me a financial documents with 30 thousands dollars (is that sufficient)?

I am 19 years old and here are my scores:
9th grade average is 87 %
high school average (12th) is 70%

the school I am applying to is accredited by the ABET for engineering programs and it doesn't require SAT or ACT scores for international students.

what do you think ? will it be hard to get my visa or not?

do you think doing the interview using English is a better idea than using my native language (Arabic)??

p.s:
I am Syrian ,does that affect my chances?

note for Admin:
please change the topic title to "my chances on getting F1 visa are ... ,what do you think?".
I accidentally wrote "country in Sruay".

best;

I bet they don’t have a lot of Syrians applying, so that will be to your advantage. With an acceptance and an I-20 from an accredited college, I don’t see why you shouldn’t get a student visa. Good luck!

I know that ,I will apply in Lebanon or in Jordan.

all the Syrian applicants who applied in 2012 for student visas were around 50 students all over the world.
