My chances to NYU New York

Hello! I’m a student in S.Korea, and planning to apply for NYU New York Campus.
Currently I’m 12th grade in my high school.

Hi! I’m hoping to transfer to NYU in 2019 so I really don’t know enough about the school to chance you, but all of your scores and extracurriculars are super impressive! I really hope you get in (and would be surprised if you didn’t, but as I said, I don’t know enough to chance you lol)!

You fit in, and NYU’s brand is being artsy and international so being from Korea won’t be a big disadvantage compared to other schools and your interests in journalism will help. The fact that you don’t need much aid also helps because NYU isn’t need blind and does not like to give out aid. Your stats are above the average and you have good ECs. If you can write a good essay and have good rec letters I would say it is likely you will be admitted. However if you apply to Stern for economics it is significantly more challenging because Stern is probably NYU’s strongest program.
