My chances to transfer to GMU from VCU

I’m planning to transfer as a senior at GMU for fall 2015.

I’m currently a senior and majoring in Biology in Virginia Commonwealth University.

I was admitted to GMU (George Mason University) in 2010, but I decided to go to VCU.

My current gpa is 2.93 and I’m suspended until Summer 2015 due to honor violation. (eligible to go back in fall 2015)

My high school gpa is 3.4/4.0 and I’m going to take ACT this Saturday (02-07-2015)

anyways, I don’t want to continue my college life in VCU anymore.

Do you think I have chance?

i have a pretty strong essay and also got 2 recommendations. also, i have an work experience in foreign country. does it help?
