I have taken all honors and AP classes from my sophomore year on, usually getting B's in my AP's and A's in honors. I have a 3.9 GPA. I am the creator and the president of a club called the Livestrong Club (I think the name is self-explanatory). I am in NHS and have dedicated many hours volunteering for a local foundation that provides funds to families with terminally ill children. I have other small EC's and volunteer activities but those are my three main ones. My SAT's are below average for Duke, about an 1820, but I still have to take the ACT. I am a cancer survivor so I will be able to write a solid essay on that topic and also have reasoning behind my extracurricular involvement. My only hook is that I'm a legacy.

Do I have any chance at getting in applying Early Decision?

Side Note: I am taking the SAT's one more time so I still have an opportunity to raise my scores.
