Harvard
Yale
MIT
Johns Hopkins
U Penn
Cornell
Northwestern
Washington Univ. in St. Louis
Emory
NYU
Case Western
Univ. IL. - Urbana Champaign

I'm not expecting much from the top three on the list, but do I have a chance for other schools.... anyone??

Just to know, do you consider NYU as a match or as a safety school? Honestly!

Harvard - Reach
Yale - Reach
MIT - Reach
Johns Hopkins - Match
U Penn - Slight Reach
Cornell - Match
Northwestern - Match
Washington Univ. in St. Louis - High Match/Slight Reach
Emory - Low Match/Near Safety
NYU - Safety
Case Western - Safety
Univ. IL. - Urbana Champaign - Safety

Harvard, Yale, and MIT are reaches for everyone because they accept such a small percentage of applicants. However, you've got the stats to get into any one of them and probably have a better than average chance of being accepted. My guess is you'll get into one of the three.

frenchdude: well, i was thinking a slightly-low match...

amptron2x: i was thinking along the same lines as you. like i said, i'm not expecting a whole lot from the top three - I just kindda threw in the applications just to see what happens. :)

Thanks for your feedback, btw

id say upenn is a match. You never know with Yale and Harvard.

Hey, you've got a good app. Chances are that you could possibly get accepted into at least one of the top schools on your list.

I think they'll like that you're from such a small school, too. I'm pretty sure you'll get in to the University of Pennsylvania and Cornell. Again, those top schools- a lot of it is luck. I'm not familiar with the rest of the schools on your list, but you've got a strong application, nice work.

By the way, nice to meet another singer/trackee! I'm an alto I/distance runner, yourself?

Nice to meet you, too. I'm bass II/distance runner. But I'm more talented in music than in athletics - I made the team just because there were not enough runners in the school. I still try, though :)
