My Chances?

Hey, I'm international student from India [gasp] studying at ISKL [google it] doing the full IB. I'm an academically competitive student but i'm not involved in too many extracurricular activities. Here's a small breakdown of what i have :/. I'm planning on applying for engineering at the normal time.

Unweighted GPA: 3.93 [at least so far, mid quarter result]
Weighted GPA: 4.43
All my courses are academically challenging [It's the IB, won't they be xD]
and i'm taking HL Math Phys Chem [with an A, A and A+ respectivly] and SL Anthro, Fren and English [with an A, A- and A-]

Extracurricular:
International Club 1 year
Model UN half a year [so far]
Cliffhangers [rock climbing] 1 year
Theater [general stuff, acting, backstage etc] 1 year
Theater Council [InCharge Field Trips 1 year]

SAT breakdown:
Comp: 2200 Math:800, Crit Read: 710 Writ: 690
Math 2C: 800 Phys: 800 Chem: 800 [my proudest achievements :D]

But other than that, nothing noteworthy.
I'm very worried about where i go to college, because if i don't go somewhere good in the states, my parents want to send me back to india for college :O.

you can try public schools/uc
which dont see ec as a big deal
no worries stats are great

try franklin w. olin...
like vera said.. improve yr ECs if poss.
stats....=thumbs up

I don't know if Olin is a great chance, since it only accepts like 4 international students a year. Worthy a shot though. Besides that, I say you have a good shot at Cornell.

maybe. good luck.
