Good for you and good luck. Get some professional help on SAT preparation. There is a science to taking the exam and ways to improve your scores.

Second, if a Jesuit education is what you are attempting to accomplish (and presumably that is your interest in Fordham) there are 28 Jesuit colleges in the US, most of which have easier admission requirements than does Fordham and the top tier Jesuits. Not trying to discourage you.....its always good to have an objective and go after it.....but just a "cover your bases" response.

For example, the top tier Jesuit Schools: Holy Cross, Georgetown, BC, Fordham all have very high admission standards. They are all exceptionally selective in admissions. The next tier (and I hate to rank them...but just using admission scores to give you a better idea) are Seattle University, Santa Clara University, Creighton University, Fairfield University, St. Louis University, St. Joseph's University, Gonzaga University, Loyola Chicago, Loyola Maryland, Xavier University all of which have high standards but are perhaps more reachable for you, but you will still have to raise your math score a bit, I think.

The next tier is: Canisius (Buffalo), John Carroll University (in Cleveland), Le Moyne College (Syracuse), U Scranton (Scranton, Pa.), Loyola New Orleans (New Orleans), Regis (Denver), Rockhurst (Kansas City), St. Peter's (Englewood Cliffs, NJ), Spring Hill (Mobile Alabama), Detroit-Mercy (Detroit), USF (San Francisco), Wheeling Jesuit (Wheeling West Virginia). These schools have admission scores more near what you have.
