My enjoyment of reading CC discussions has caused severe procrasination.

During Thanksgiving break, I idled away some of my free time reading threads on the CC forum.

Being Asian myself, I was almost immediately drawn to a discussion about Asian and Asian American discrimination in the US, in life, media, and college admissions.

Simply put, I think CC is a great community filled with a lot of high-achieving motivated young students who want to prove themselves or fulfill themselves by being admitted into a good college, or getting good advice alongside the process. It's wonderful to see intellectual people counter or support ideas point by point and bring up internet resources. To pay every CC member and the CC forum moderators/creators a compliment: a place of global discussion for modern-day issues by society's future.

Yay for globalization, intellect, potential, and life.

I have now spent two hours on CC, with a significant amount of academic work sitting in my room undone. I am officially addicted.

hear hear! i have 200pages in a textbook to read, but here i am.
