<p>What is sooo intriguing about CC that you, the potentially Junior/Senior member, return and post and post and return every 5-30 minutes? Hmm?! </p>

<p>I found the website through the web search looking for profiles of kids who got into Ivy schools. I became a lurker for ~1 year and in May, I evolved into a more advanced n00b. Now, I believe I am a full-fledged addict.</p>
<p>I don't remember how I found this website...But I just went around and looked for info for awhile before I started posting...now I come here almost everyday! LOL...</p>
<p>my friend told me about CC during the summer. I think I am past addicted at this stage...</p>
<p>The people are nice.. and it's a good stress reliever...</p>
<p>I think that you only think it relieves stress, when in reality, in maginifies it four hundred fold with a nice garnish of anxiety on the side.</p>
<p>I came here because I was really interested (rather, crazed) about college admisisons and such, and all my friends were tired of litsening to me talk about college. So I found this webiste, and I haven't left since. I can actually have decent conversations on here, too. It's also cool meeting other people who get into the same college as you, kind of like knowing your peers before you actually get to college. The people are are usually really nice, too. :D</p>
<p>I found it accidentally while looking for info in colleges. The people here rock, although sometimes I wish I never found it. Like right now, when I have a ton of school work to do before monday and instead I have been rambling on some message board for hours rather than doing it.</p>
<p>i found it when i was looking up harvard vs yale parties. i love it here. it's a venue for me to spend my time obsessing about college. plus, i've learned so much. CC is the most addicting thing for college obsessed freaks like me. i wish i could meet u guys in real life lol.</p>
<p>unfortunately for me as a normal regular high school student, i did not know about CC. then two of my ivy-obsessed friends told me about CC and now i post on it to try to help other kids out since i didnt have CC when i was a senior. </p>
<p>btw, many high school kids do just fine w/o CC ;)</p>
<p>i know... ia am so obsessed with this site..... i just joined like 2days ago ..and look how many posts i have made... i have no life right now... all because i was freaking deferrred from UVA.!!!! no one apply there if u want to make me happy</p>
<p>cuz PR never works when I try to post...lol. I PRed originally back in high school quite often....CC was sort of second choice...but now that PR has gone downhill, I much prefer CC and have been posting more lately</p>
<p>it probably does add to stress but because everyone on here is also stressed, it feels like I'm right at home</p>

<p>CC is comforting in that its good to know that kids have the same college concerns as I. Most kids at my school aren't very high achievers and when I voice my concern over my GPA or which of my ECs to leave off my application b/c theres not enough room they laugh at me and assure me that I'll get in anywhere. They just don't realize how ignorant they are... or how obsessed I am!</p>
