My GPA dropped due to medical issues, can I still get into CSUN's MBA program?

Hi guys, I am a student trying to pursue a MBA at CSUN in Northridge, CA. I meet all there requisites to enter the program, but I have a 2.9 GPA and they require a 3.0. The reason I have this is cause in the end of my junior year I had medical problems and was hospitalized for almost two weeks. I couldn’t make it to finals so I got Fs in two classes. This dropped my GPA significantly and I was only able to get it up to 2.9 by the time of graduation. The question is: is this gonna be an issue to get accepted or can I explain what happened? Is 0.1 difference even a deal breaker for MBA? Any input is well appreciated.
