<p>Northwestern sent me a letter this summer thanking me for my "continuing interest" and inclusding an Application ID Code, which they recommended I keep in a safe place. I'm using the Common App/NW Supplemental, but there doesn't seem to be a space to enter this code. What do I do? Is it only for their individual application? Should I not apply with the Common App?</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure you only use this code with the Common App after you have submitted your application and to check its status on the Applicant Services site.</p>

<p>No, they gave me my ID number BEFORE I actually applied. They sent me the letter along with a paper version of the common ap and their supplement.</p>
<p>the app ID # they sent will not log onto the applicant services page. So can't check what materials they have received for ED. Any suggestions?</p>
