Damn, you’ve done more in middle school than I’ve done in both middle and high school.

I think what you’ve got is good, but you have to keep it up in high school. After all, colleges don’t really look at the stuff you did before then.

You might not want the entire world to know all this information…

This is pretty much useless. Sorry :]

Don’t include stuff you did in elementary school. Or middle school for that matter.

anymore comments?

if you view, please comment on my resume, what do you think the type of colleges i could apply to. my goals this year are to get invitation to AIME and take a couple of AP classes, and earn some more piano awards.

Clean slate. Can’t use any of it. Only awards and ECs while in high school.

are you kidding me!!

My advice is to run away before some of the meaner people start cussing at you. It happens a lot to freshman around here. It gets nasty :]

And Batllo is correct. None of this matters. You can only use high school accomplishments.

need more feedback

“My advice is to run away before some of the meaner people start cussing at you.”
LOL, true.

please reply

It’s too early to tell what colleges you can apply to. You need to wait until sophomore/junior year when you’ve gotten your grades, your high school ec’s, PSATs, SATs, APs, ect.

am i doing well enough though.

please rreply

I agree with what everyone is saying, none of it matters until high school. However, the list you provided us with shows your involvement and dedication. If you are able to portray that in high school, you should be fine:)

Well, if you keep going that way you’ll be doing well enough. But since none of that counts, you won’t know until you’re actually into high school.

It’s basically like this: always do well in class and in ec’s, but don’t really stress about college until end of sophomore/junior year. That’s when you have to start looking. It’s also likely when you’ll take most of your AP’s. And the SATs.

10charrrrrr

give more feedback

Don’t get so worked up about it. You’ll give yourself panic attacks by the time the year is halfway through and that would be a bit detrimental to your grades. Part of doing well is knowing how to de-stress. If you’re too stressed then things only get messy. And it gets worse, so de-stressing is a pretty good thing to learn early on.
