i had r 470 m 620 w 570
and for oct sat my score improved to r 580 m 670 w 710
im planning on to take the nov sat too (dying to break 700 on math :,( )
should i send my first sat score so that universities would know
how much i improved and worked hard? or shouldn't i since
itd make me look stupid?

Don’t send your first scores.

That’s quite a leap. Congrats!

Most colleges will only look at your highest test scores and superscore them, so it shouldn’t matter. That being said, I wouldn’t send those scores on the off chance that a college does look at them; they’re pretty bad (and judging by your username, you know it). I don’t think improvement matters much in regards to the SAT.

First, congrats that is a great increase! Good luck in November.

Depending on where you send, I would use score choice and only send the second, no matter if the university claims to only look at the best scores or not. Only send both if the University requires it as part of its policy (I know GW, Yale and other schools do this).
