Hey you guys I was wondering about the grade scale difference between schools. For example at my school an A- is 92.5-93.5, A is 93.5-99, and A+ is 99-100. This is a wierd scale. Compared to the common grade scale which has 90 above is A-, A, or A+. Would this be considered by Stanford or is this a disadvantage for me.

It actually might be a disadvantage for you, because I’m pretty sure that transcripts don’t contain percents, only letter grades. In all honesty though, I’m guessing your school made it like that because of grade inflation.
