We don't have many clubs. Here are some ideas that I have / clubs there, that I might join. What do you think and which ones will be best for colleges?

Interact Club.
Key Club.
Law Club.
Mariner Earth Watch.
Physics Club.
Teen Trendsetters
Socialite Club.

The ones that I am in now :
Executive Council (Class Coordinator Fresh, Soph. year)
Math Team (won top 10 at a Math Regional competition)
Volunteens (Fun club for comm. service hours

There's a middle school next door I'm starting a tutoring program at. This would look really good right?

I also want to start a GSA at our school
(Gay-straight Alliance)

Hmm. Did you not read the part where I said, HERE ARE THE ONES I HAVE LOOKED AT. We have more. Obviously, I can't do everyone. But they all sound interesting. I would rather do one that would help me get to college, than another one. But that doesn't mean neither interest me equally.

Well, no need to be a smarty-pants. The comment from (z) is a good one -- you are asking the wrong question when you ask "which of these look good to colleges." Just about any club can look good to a college IF your involvement is substantial AND your level of involvement with the club or activity reflects genuine enthusiasm and/or passion for the subject. Choose a club or clubs on that basis, not based on which ever one you think a hypothetical college would look kindly upon.
