My sister got all Ds in her senior year, will she get revoked?

My sister got accpted to some liberal arts college which are
Mcdaniel,Westminster(PA),Moravian,Saint Anselm, etc.
And now she's getting all Ds in her senior year.

She barely got B and C in first marking period,
almost got F in second marking period,
and she said that she's getting D mostly
(but A+ in math) in third makring period which will end in the middle of April.
Now, she's telling me that she will get her grades up in fourth m.p and final exam,
but I think it's too late and no one knows what her final grades will be.

Will she get revoked from those accepted colleges?

Ds could definitely result in an acceptance being revoked.

RedSeven–Thanks for your reply. If she gets all Cs in her final grade, will she have any chance of not being revoked?

Very much a possibility. She needs to find out why she’s nearly flunking out (personal problems, material too difficult, laziness) and work on improving those grades.

I think she had better have an attitude adjustment. The final transcript is usually the year’s average grades, but if there is such a drastic difference from previous gpa, the admissions office might follow up to find out what is happening here.

Unless she has a good reason, she should look forwards to attending community college.
