My Teacher Recommendation was checked off but is now marked as missing?

<p>So I had a problem with 1 of my teacher recs where it didn't get sent the right way through the common app; I called them, had my teacher fax it over, and the next day it came up checked with my teachers name next to it as received on my eli account. This was sometime in early november, but I checked again today, and all of a sudden that teacher rec is now missing?!
Has this happened to anyone else? Do they consider the faxed rec as "additional material" and therefore do not check it off, considering it as part of the materials that they do not keep track of like an art supplement?</p>

<p>I'm kind of freaking out since decisions come out so soon and was hoping someone had some insight, thanks</p>

You might want to consider calling the Office of Undergrad. Admissions to see if the letter is on file and if they are not able to check, emailing your regional admissions officer.
Best wishes; I recently had some issues myself with recommendations so I understand the feeling.</p>
